Short easy drive from the city. Very affordable and even free for Halton conservation members. Only try to ski the day after a big snow, before the hikers, dogs, and snowshoes have trampled the tracksets. Avoid the yellow trail except the short spur to the falls, as this trail sees the most traffic that ruins the tracks. Bring marshmallows for the fire pit at the falls and birdseed for the chickadees.
