Like all the other clubs in Greater Sudbury Walden is worth a visit. They have an extensive school program and a racing team. It gets heavy use due to these facts. A nice variety of flat and hilly trails there is something for everyone. Oakleaf litter on the trails can be a problem during prolonged periods of low snow and windy conditions. Fortunately, most winters provide conditions where the leaf problem is infrequent. A large chalet with great rental equipment available and snacks is a bonus. A good solid place to ski.
